Travelers juggle multiple platforms to discover attractions, read reviews, plan itineraries, and book tours. The goal: unify the entire journey from inspiration to confirmation in one seamless, mobile-first experience.

Sole UI/UX Designer — designed the complete user flow from discovery to booking, including interactive map exploration, visual itinerary builder, guide profiles with messaging, and frictionless one-tap booking.

Complete mobile experience redesign for Indonesia's leading cinema chain — streamlining ticket booking, seat selection, food ordering, and digital payments.

6–8 steps from movie selection to confirmation, each a potential drop-off. Seat maps are inherently complex, payment options diverse (OVO, GoPay, Dana), and the digital experience wasn't matching the premium brand.

Sole UI/UX Designer — mapped three core user journeys (booking, food ordering, wallet management) and redesigned each to minimize steps, reduce decision fatigue, and add premium touches with emerald and gold palette.
